Dyson Groom Tool Vacuum-Assisted Dog Groomer

Another way to keep your home clean. Vacuum your dog.

The Dyson groom tool is a vacuum-assisted dog groomer. Slicker bristles remove loose hair directly from your dog before it's shed around the home. It then self cleans, sucking hair from the bristles straight into your vacuum. No mess. The Dyson groom tool is a new way for dog owners to keep their home clean. It captures loose hair directly from your dog – before it's shed around the home. Captured hair is then sucked hygienically away into your Dyson vacuum cleaner. Mess free vacuum-assisted dog grooming.

Loose and flyaway hair is removed from the dog's coat by 364 slicker bristles. The bristles are angled at 35° and flex to an upright position when you apply pressure, penetrating the entire coat. Bristle length is controlled with a spring-loaded trigger – just push down or raise your thumb to adjust bristle length for different types of coat. The bristles retract when not in use for safe and hygienic storage.

During grooming, enough suction is directed to the dog's coat to capture loose hair and dead skin cells – without the tool sticking to the dog. When you remove the Dyson groom tool from the dog and release the thumb-trigger, full suction is transferred to the soleplate to suck the captured hair away.
The Dyson groom tool is suitable for medium and long-haired dogs.

364 slicker bristles
The Dyson groom tool has a total of 364 slicker bristles, each just 0.3mm in diameter, positioned in two rows. They're designed to allow you to remove loose hair with fewer strokes, making the grooming process more comfortable for your dog. The bristles are angled at 35°, so when pressure is applied they flex to an upright position to penetrate the entire coat and grab loose hairs.

Adjustable bristle length
Changing thumb pressure on the spring-loaded trigger extends or withdraws the slicker bristles. The length required depends on dog breed. Longer haired dogs need a longer bristle length to remove loose hairs from the undercoat. The Dyson groom tool should not be used on short-haired dogs.

Allergen capture during grooming
When the Dyson groom tool is in use, your vacuum cleaner's suction is split. Enough suction is directed into your dog's coat to capture dead skin cells without the Dyson groom tool sticking. Dead skin cells are also removed, which prevents the spread of allergens and helps make your dog look healthier.

The spring-loaded trigger on the Dyson groom tool is thumb-operated. It lets you adjust bristle length and switch between groom and self-clean modes with one hand. Your other hand is left free to keep your dog still for easier grooming.
